Error and weak in sign up process

I just knew that I have to scan first before riding the bus so I have to download the apps first which already cost me time, then during the sign up process I accidentally put in the wrong spelling for my gmail which I just realised when the apps told me to activate my account from my gmail. Then I try to sign up again but it failed as it said that my MyKad already registered? I can’t log in or sign up because my account has not been activated. So I sign up one more time but this time I put my MyKad number in Passport Number because that’s the only way I can scan on the bus because the drive kept on telling me to. Then after I successfully registered under passport number they charged me rm90 for being a foreigner? Please improve better on the apps error and please fix my problems because I might not be able to ride on any bus onwards. Thank you

Register Button Doesn’t Function

Tried to sign up but unable to do so as the “Register” button refuses to function. If this is a mandatory app for M’sian’s to install in order to enjoy this free bus facility, kindly look into this. Was explained by the driver, the app allows them to know the number of foreigners or locals using this free bus facility but if we can’t even get this app to do its initial job, then what purpose does this app serves in the first place? Temporary solution to this is to flash the ID for Malaysians and then one will be allowed to get on to the bus for free. Not sure about foreigners at this moment (since the app is not working ) as they’re charged a certain sum for this service via the app before getting onto the bus. Hope the app will be able to do its job for all to benefit from.

You call this ‘mandatory’ to ride the bus?

What’s the point of trying the Scan To Ride if I cannot login to my account? I forgotten my password so I ask for a password reset. Nothing happened. I didn’t get a email from the company to change my password.

Free bus only to Selangor citizens only, just to keep non-Selangor citizens (ahem foreigners) out? Eff off, man. If you still die die want to keep foreigners out, I suggest putting Touch N Go readers on every of your free buses, no need for free buses as a compromise to those who just want to use the bus. Or better yet, fix your f****** app first, goddammit!

P.S. I am a Selangor citizen, this is my privilege, but your app is driving me away from that privilege.
