• Tap ‘Convert to Instalments’ on your dashboard to easily convert credit card transactions and statement balances into monthly instalments
• Add your Citi Credit Card directly to Apple Pay via the Citi Mobile® App and enjoy fast and easy payments
• Convert up to 90% of your available credit from your Citi Credit Card/Citi Ready Credit Account into Citi Quick Cash. Quick Cash allows you to access cash and repay in monthly instalments
• Use Citi PayAll to earn Citi reward Points or Qantas Points when you pay your rent, education expenses, taxes, electricity bills and more with your Citi Credit Card. Fees are applicable
• Use your Citi reward Points to offset purchases made on your Citi Credit Card

• Profile & Settings screen update. Your account features are now available in one place via the new Profile & Settings screen. Updates include new design, layout and Search bar. Log in > Tap the Profile and Settings icon on the top left.
• You can now redeem Citi reward Points for cashback via the Citi Mobile® App, if you’re part of the Citi Rewards Program. Log in > Tap the Profile and Settings icon on the top left > Tap View & redeem rewards.

Face ID on new iPhone XS Max does not work

Face ID on new iPhone XS Max is offered as an option in the settings, but cannot be “enabled”.
