Notifications won’t go away

I’ve just updated to the latest version and it seems your notification systems are a bit buggy. I enabled the notifications system yesterday. Today, I see an alert of 1 notification on the app interface. Logged in to check it out. Logged out and the alert is still on the app interface. There’s no where to check “read”, no way to delete the notification, no other choice but to leave the annoying 1 alert there. Call me pedantic, or OCD, but it really irks me to see a notification alert on screen. I think I’m better off reverting back to old ways of SMS till you fix this. Thanks.

This app is so bad

After I log in I get a White screen. Why? I don’t know. So I have to restart the app and log in several times until I get something.
Next. When I need an otp. The screen just asks me to enter otp. After I have done that, .......
Nothing. Nothing happens. No enter key. No arrow key. Nothing. So I just stare at my mobile app which is useless and does not perform any transaction because i can’t move anything

Always Have Trouble To Login & Keeps Saying “Wrong Password”.

Previously i have never experience any problem with citi apps in fact i love this apps. Very easy to use. But now, each time i want to login i always have to reset password because it keeps saying incorrect password even though i know i used the correct password. Its happened few month already and i think i have change password for like 10x. Now its is really annoying since the card statement only can be obtain using apps but to login means to reset password since i always got “incorrect login”. Now new problem that i faced- 2x trying to download pdf statement but suddenly it logout. Then try to login again, again incorrect password. Change password again, try to download pdf, then log me out again. Pleaseee fix this issue.
