The best apps banking.
Poor apps or rather poor customer services management
I had a good experience using the Citi apps. Until I had the latest iOS 13 updated, the nightmare began. Contacted customer service through phone and email hoping to get this issue rectified.
The cs immediately jumped into asking me to key in the CORRECT password. Told him and explained to him I did key in the right credentials but denied miserably upfront! How on earth when logging in using other devices was through except this particular mobile device? Isn’t it clear enough for the backend as a shortcut to detect the reported error number immediately.
After almost a month and still no updates nor alternative.
No password prompt
How come a bank app does not tell you the requirement for a new account password and greys out the proceed button without any warning?? Unacceptable!
