CLUB IOI 4+

Tried paying via TnG in 2 separate occasions and both time deducted my TnG. 1st time - reached boom gate and couldn’t detect payment made. 2nd time - deducted from my TnG but in IOI app came up with error showing the rate now is RM1 more and advised to go to Car Park counter. When i reached there , i was told i have to pay again and previous deduction will be refunded. 2 mins after that, app recorded my payment went through. Come on, it wasn’t within few minutes of ticking over to another hour. It was another 30mins to the next rate. Please fix this. There was no issue paying with point but with the app via TnG is a nightmare! Whole concept is smart but pls make it work properly! Tq

Cant reset the password… it shows to check the account validation, but when I re-register the its showed the account has been registered before… so what should I do
