Love it!
Great Game, Aggresive Monetization
The game is fun to play, being almost addictive with it’s beautiful graphics and intense moments during gameplay that keeps you yelling ‘so close!’ while leaping off your seat. Levels are challenging enough but not impossible with some effort. But one thing that makes everything unnecessarily difficult is the small, almost unplayable size of the touch area, it may even seem intentional that the developers made the map smaller than necessary so your fingers couldn’t accurately touch to switch the arrows and leading to failure and endless ads popping up. Perhaps a little shamelessly, they even asked if you HAD ENOUGH? of the ads and just buy the game to stop it from annoying you further as they make you fail endlessly and unnecessarily. The game should be limited to devices with larger screens, perhaps only limiting it to Plus phones and iPad Mini and above. If so, then levels can be even larger and more challenging. Another thing about their monetization practice is the need to buy more levels in the game, in addition to the Ad Removal purchase. It may seem justifiable that it’s an additional expansion pack but it’s really too little for an expansion-pack price. It may even be better to sell a separate version of the game on the App Store, rather than as a tiny extension of the current game. It seems like the studio is incurring high operating expenses which could explain the price and leeching monetization practices. Nothing wrong with that but perhaps the game should be further improved by reducing the touch area size for finer controls, and add more levels to justify the additional level prices. I hope to see more from the developers in the future with a less aggressive monetization practice.
