Purchase Problem

I met the same problem too. My payment had already succeeded but the system did not updates the 8000 diamonds to me. So I pay for nothing! I’m very disappointed for that. I have already sent mail to customer support but haven’t receive any responses yet. Hope developers are able to read this message and help to solve my problems ASAP.

Con player’s money

First time I meet a game where you are not allowed to upgrade a utility even if you have enough coins or gems. I have 95,000 coins and hundreds of gems, but I cannot upgrade the utility kitchen or food stuff until the game choose to pick it. What kind of nonsense is this? You are purposely stopping the players from winning, only we can upgrade the utility you chose for us.
Two, your game is designed around making the players lose and make sure they can only win if they buy more gems to get extra seconds, or customers. Sometimes I notice you purposely stop the player from crossing a level, by stopping the win with one item. Eg. 23/24 thumbs up or 18/19 seconds. No matter how fast you play it will stop by just one difference. This is to make the player frustrated and force to buy for extra seconds or life’s.
We come here after a hard day’s work to relax and enjoy your game, not to be conned, tricked, frustrated by you, forcing us to spend money to buy virtual time or lives.
I will advise anyone reading this to think many times before you start getting sucked in by the producer’s trick. Or unless you are rich and waste your hard earn money.
I understand, we players have to abide by your rules, it is your game. But I notice this game is the worse case of sucking player’s money. You people are raking in $$.
