Tutor experience
Just absolutely horrible. Lucky for me, I only subscribed for just 3 months instead of 12 months. They said that tutors respond within 15 to 30 mins, or some may take longer than usual which isn’t much of an issue. However, I’m absolutely gutted as I wasted my money on Tutor questions as I submitted a question for homework help using 3 tutor questions for one single question, and still not a single tutor has started answering the question for the past 6 hours. It’s a scam guys, please avoid it if possible, and refund my money back. I subscribed it so that I’ll be able to learn whereas when no help is offered, it’s useless for me to pay money and just get scammed blindly. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because certain documents did help me through my studies, other than that, if it wasn’t for those documents and if possible, Course Hero App gets no stars.
