I have used this app to buy some stuff online in Pakistan and I have been extremely disappointed every time.
The quality of the merchandise is pathetic and so as the customer service. Vendors never get back to you nor the customer service.
Recently I ordered a privacy glass temper for iPhone 11 and a back case. I received both product on the given date but I ended up receiving only the temper glass instead of privacy temper glass and the back cover that I received was broken. I contacted the customer via live chat since they don’t have a number to call and even requested a call back from the manager but still no response!!! It’s been 5 days and their return policy is for 7 days they always make sure that you run of the window to return product.
Before this I ordered a Bluetooth hands free it was advertised as a pair but when I received it, it was not a pair but a single unit.
I would urge all of you to never use Daraz in Pakistan I don’t know how do they operate in other regions.
