Good Service But Lack of Information
First of all, the quality of helmet is acceptable for the safety and I quite satisfy due this service much affordable and benefit during peak hour. However, the apps itself lack of information as I couldn’t confirm the cost for the transportation until the trip is finished. Customer has right to know their exactly cost so that they can prepare for right amount. The cost itself should need round off, so rider easy to give the change. For example, my transportation cost rm 4.68 should be rm 4.70 or just make it simple rm 5. It doesn’t matter the apps measure as kilometre basis. But it should make it easier for me as customer and rider itself.
Stupid apps SOP and very unresponsive merchant
i ordered the nasi lemak Nas & Dee. i waited almost 1 hour the merchant still not accept my order. The most stupid part is dego not auto cancel and after some period or time and I need to contact customer service to cancel. what a stupid app. the also have charge me. the worst part is this happened twice and my money stucked with them twice due to unresponsive merchant. please ban the unresponsive merchant as you will will definitely get 1 star because of them
