Frustrating
I tried to purchase hair spray and then after payment is made, i was informed it can’t be couriered to malaysia. Why didnt warn me earlier? And then i had to cancel the order and request for refund, first they said 3 business days then nothing. I contacted them again and now suddenly it’s 5-7 business day. Now is the 8th day and still nothing. They told me to check with bank and i did. The bank basically said if they didnt refund me, nothing they cld do. Overal my worst shopping experience. Order was cancelled 9th july and now it’s 22nd july and nothing.
