For somebody who hates having to go out to the clinic and the process of waiting indefinitely in a waiting room just for a short conversation with a doctor, this was amazing. Particularly if you want just a general consultation on nothing too life threatening - I wanted a consultation on the results of a health screening, and my doctor was really great at walking me through it.
Very User Friendly and Responsive
It a very user friendly app to use which is easy to navigate for the services needed and also easy to purchase supplements etc. Responsive as well once appointment is set and service is quick to react when an issue occurred connecting to the doctor for consultations 👍🏻
First call
Used the service for the 1st time while having a coffee in a shopping mall. After registration and making payment, all done within 10 minutes including 3-4 mins searching for available doctor. Super convenient!
