Serious and urgent more improvement need
I download again to use this app. So far this app & website are the only site that can buy Japanese made item that no other site offer. But choice of product is still very limited. Product photo(zoom in/out) and description need more work, some photo product function of product only in Japanese.
And the app performance are just not good. App interface just no compatible with latest iOS. It not function smoothly.

Crappy app
Seriously need improvement. The loading take forever even with 30mbps fibre speed.
The items display from search result cannot be selected. Overall the app is crappy and need improvement.
