Domino's Pizza Malaysia 4+

I am a regular for a good reason. Nothing beats Domino’s pizza customer service. This is the rare occasion where in Malaysia we can experience customer service of this level. And the pizza is very very decent. I mean, don’t ask for the moon. Domino’s will satisfy my pizza cravings everytime. It’s so good I can’t help but buy it for my family and friends too. Thank you Domino’s pizza. You make Malaysia great.

This app uses the mobile site to order. The new website is terrible. Bad navigation, can’t tell what sauce for the pizza (no more easy to remember icon on the pizza photo), profile settings & order from old website was deleted (completely new profile), payment method for the app is confusing (can’t find online payment option!). I had to input new address coz when I check my old address it says there ‘landed’ property instead of apartment. When I change the address, it no longer states my apartment name in the address, outlet had to call me and ask.

Website loading time is way way slower than before. Seriously, whoever did the changes for this new website, please redo again. I prefer the old website loading time, design and navigation better than this new one.

I usually pay my order using Domino’s Debit and wanted to try GrabPay. But when I wanted to link my GrabPay, the screen is just stuck at “Open in Grab App”. Did this a few times and waited quite a while each time but nothing happens. Even when I wanted to pay using GrabPay without linking the app, the screen just turned white as if a pop up wants to appear but nothing happens for quite a while. At the end after almost half an hour trying, I go back to paying using Domino’s Debit. 😒 A waste of my time. No wonder it’s easier to just order through the delivery apps.. If you cannot use GrabPay, might as well just remove it from the options??
