Domino's 4+

I am a long-term customer of Domino’s, but this issue has made me reconsidered using their app. During my last order, I selected credit card as payment method. The processing page showed error, and didn’t automatically return or exit to the main page. I waited for a long time, then decided to close and reopen the app, only to find my entire order was gone. It said my order has been placed from the email, and my order did arrive. However, during nighttime, I received three text messages, showing transfers to an unknown account in US currency.

I have never saved my credit card information in any websites or apps. So I suspect hackers may have breached into the app’s security and committed these fraudulent acts. I checked my transaction history and my credit limit reduced drastically. Worse part was, it didn’t even show pending transaction to Domino’s or the hackers’ accounts.

I contacted the credit card company and to blocked the transaction. So right now, I stopped using the app until their security is much better and secured.

Latest news, once order pizza, select payment method from dominos app, payment made thru touch n go e wallet, it goes pop up touch n go app to verify payment, then after paid, slide back to dominos app, suddenly the app said error for payment status. Hold on with dominos app, Waiting for long time, nothing happens, then restart the app, there is no point. No tracking order button, no history of order button, already lost where to confirm was the order already done, and the dont know whether selected store receive yet the order or not. Suddenly got notification (your order status is otw), opened from notifications bar, yes the order was confirmed. But after close, then gone forever, open dominos app again. But disappointed. Still dont know how to track order, no button or column or place to track order and history of order.

Should be no star at all. Lousy apps. Can’t save address, need to fill in info every time you want to oder. can’t view progress, take time to make payment, the apps keep freezing. I don’t know how many time did I try and how long did I try before Im able to go through the payment. Its annoying! What make it worst, the usual store from old apps changed to new store. I want the regular old store. Why would you change your apps? For the first time, ordered mozarella cheese tarik crust and all I got was empty crust with hole and barely any cheese in it. Never have this problem from old store from old apps. The reason I want that crust was my kid like it and ALL I GOT WAS CRUST WITH HOLE!!!!! Im so annoyed right now from the apps and the food!!!😡😡😡 Imagine how sad my kid to see empty crust. Where did the cheese go?
