Should be no star at all. Lousy apps. Can’t save address, need to fill in info every time you want to oder. can’t view progress, take time to make payment, the apps keep freezing. I don’t know how many time did I try and how long did I try before Im able to go through the payment. Its annoying! What make it worst, the usual store from old apps changed to new store. I want the regular old store. Why would you change your apps? For the first time, ordered mozarella cheese tarik crust and all I got was empty crust with hole and barely any cheese in it. Never have this problem from old store from old apps. The reason I want that crust was my kid like it and ALL I GOT WAS CRUST WITH HOLE!!!!! Im so annoyed right now from the apps and the food!!!😡😡😡 Imagine how sad my kid to see empty crust. Where did the cheese go?

the old app doesnt have this problem and now switch to new one need to input my address. It such a hassle but Im Okay. The infuriating part it my address is not in the option and they even cannot make it to the specific venue!!!! The store usually will choose the nearest branch but this one istg the address I put up doesn’t make any justice to choose the nearest store. Instead after Ive ordered, the staff from that branch call and said they didnt cover my area so need to reorder at the store that cover my area. Unfortunately when I input my address, apps only shown 1 store option!!!!! So it’s meaningless if I’ve ordered it. So now can’t order anything using this app. Worthless App Ever!!!!!! My current order cancel by the store.

Dominos forced me to use this app as it shut down the perfectly fine old one. My FIRST order on here and it crashes during payment. Theres NO option to give any feedback or number to call or message or report an issue with an order in the app. Absolutely disgraceful. Calling customer service and sending my receipt was a huge hassle, but at least they were responsive. By the time i got an email to give feedback, grab had finally refunded my money automatically. It wasted an hour of my time after a long day at work. Just wanted some dinner, now I’m gonna be avoiding this stupid app for a few weeks, or months
