Good Service

Cold beers to your doorstep is an amazing idea and it is executed very well by Drinkies. Delivery is generally on time and the user interface of the app is acceptable.

A couple of UX issues could be improved such as updating the delivery address and removing items from the basket. But overall, these are minor issues

Unfulfilled Promises and Disappointing First Experience

As a first-time user of Drinkies, I was eager to try their promised convenience of fast beverage delivery. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The delivery was not only late but drastically so, making me question why the app even bothers with delivery time promises they clearly cannot fulfill. The lack of delivery riders is a serious issue that Drinkies needs to address. Customer service offered little more than empty assurances, which only added to my frustration. This was my first and definitely last time using this service. It's a shame to see such potential wasted on poor execution

Poor App security for user information

Made one order which was successful. However, one day suddenly my account had different credentials and delivery address, and a stranger calling me at night about delivery of beers. On top of that all my points from previous purchase used. Deleted my account immediately. Careful when saving your address or credit card on the app.

Really need to invest in proper dev team. Such a vital thing to Not mess up. User information. Do better..
