The latest app has become more user friendly. I like it very much. Also the price are similar as what I saw in shop, unlike foodpanda🤣🤣🤣 been using hungry to order my food delivery last few year. Still satisfied even until now.

I either place an order from Grabfood / Foodpanda which the price a bit higher , but the response and service is x10 times better than this platform. Ordered food 6:20pm , restaurant done prepared and ready to pick up at 6:40pm. Been waiting 30mins no rider to pick up and need to call to customer service to complain and ask them why there is no rider to pick up my order and they ask me to wait 5mins - 10mins they will manually find a rider for me. After 5 mins, they found the rider for me at 7pm and is on the way to pick up point, but when the rider pick up the order and I don’t know where the hell the rider was going and call the rider unable to reach. End up the food was deliver after the rider picked up 45mins... This is the first time and last time to using this app and platform, no more next time. Wasting time and pay higher deliver cost to enjoy unacceptable service.

Yesterday ordered once end up customer service called up and ask us to cancel order because location is far and they can’t deliver. 30 minutes later shop owner contacted us saying they can send food over but we already cancelled !?
Today we ordered again but still can’t get our food! Waited for more than 1.15 hour and still not arriving . We called up customer service and they say they’ll get back to us , we waited for another 30 minutes and still no one get back to us! We called again and they still ask for order number as we already provided! 5 minutes later they called back and said how can we help you ??? Wt?!
We cancelled the order and will never order from this platform anymore !
Plus their customer service never apologized!
