Been using this app for a year. It is really easy to use as stated: Click reserve and go straight to the restaurant you have selected on time. However, after MCO the system seems can't catch up with changes. Experienced cancellation captured at my side, but restaurant side put me as no show ! Even after I rectify with receipts through email, they still ask me to provide attended proof for 2/3 times. Pls ensure your IT staff do their job !

Very disappointed on this promotion claim and WASTING MY TIME on email writing for complaining. At first, I never intend to claim because I just want to find out how to claim and learning new things. I have met the requirements otherwise I won't be WASTING MY TIME BY CONTACTING them but they kept informing me I have only reserved for one person to dine for 20XMAS and one person to dine for 50XMAS. Do you think I am foolish by ordering 5 meals and dine for one person? Check with the restaurant and check my dining receipt pay via credit card, there are TWO PEOPLE ATTENDANCE AT MORGANFIELD'S and FOUR PEOPLE ATTENDANCE AT TWG TEA. When I approached the waitress/waiter about the promo, all of the restaurants' people were not aware of Eatigo's promotion until I showed them. STOP CREATE AWARENESS, if you are not ready for the promotion.

Exceptional food n service. Love the Angus cheek, steak, lamb chop. Done up to expectation. The Angus burger patty is quite course n not so juicy though. Strawberry crepes was nice but after some talking, crepes become chewy. All in all, definitely a great meal especially at discounted price.

I thought I can make reservation conveniently with this app, turns out that they can just cancel your reservation whenever they like. It causes even more trouble because I’ve already informed my friends about the booking and it got cancelled, and now we have to find a new place when there are not much time left. Choices of restaurants are also limited so there’s no point to have this app. uninstalled immediately 😉

We make booking on Labour Day as the apps itself provided available time slot. However, once we arrived only notice that the restaurant is closed! Although it's just a discount deal with no money booking involved, but we spent our time to purposely went there... end up gain nothing but disappointment...We hope there will be significant improvement on the accuracy available time slots.
