Couldn’t load at all?! IOS 12.3.1

Im using iPhone 7 plus ,running on 12.3.1 ios. At first download i an able to log in and play around. After 2 days when i press on the icon its blank out. After awhile the screen came out then I thought its fine, try to key in visitor info once i press it shut down. Tried numerous time still the same happened. Pls upgraded the stability of the apps.

Please help to fix apps alignment on iPhone 15

For overall the application is great and have alot of feature however the allignment are quite messed up for iPhone 15 as there are some button cannot be accessible because it was block by Battery and Line icon on top of the screen

Lack of efficiency to fix issue by APP developer

App has issues. When reported, APP owner &/or its vendor takes long long time to fix it. I am encountering issues to login for more than a week from today. Reported many many times till am tired, still no result. Now I cannot access at all.
