My list gets deactivated, even without any prior notice

I already checked my list to see wether it's aligned with the regulations or not, but my list still gets deactivated. I made it myself, no copyright infringement, etc. You need to improve how you handle lists that are being deactivated for no reason. At least let us know, specifically whats not allowed, what has been detected on our list that triggers the bot to assume that we're not following the regulations. Also, I find it hard to directly reach out to customer support. Please improve that too, thanks.

My Shop Suddenly on Pause

I have been using it for 1 year & growing. Suddenly my shop is on vacation mode even though I never turn it ON. The worst is I can’t turn it OFF, there is no OFF button at the Vacation Mode tab. I try it on the Etsy Website. This is very frustrating because i just started and about to make a sale. And it hard to contact the Etsy service support.
