My Facebook account has been hacked by someone and there’s no notification at all. I only realised it after 1 hour later when I tried to open the app. Then when I check mail only found that Facebook email to me informing i have requested to increase my ads billing threshold which I didn’t and the hacker uploaded bunches of photo that’s violates Facebook rules which got my Facebook suspend. My company IG and FB page was affected too due to the suspension. Can’t run ads, FB page no admin, IG can’t login and account not found. I tried to reply email from the ads payment team, but no reply. Tried many ways wanted to revive my account but no way to go. No official customer service contact, no reply from any email sent. Facebook, what you want us to do? How to get back my account? Why Facebook can be hacked so easily? How can we protect our business when personal account been hacked?

Ads really ruin the experience while watching a video. I understand that video creators would like to earn money from video they posted, but putting them in the middle of the videos just ruin the experience. Every time when I am in the middle of the video and the ads comes in, I immediately leave the post and just move on, no matter how interesting that video is. So, in order for them to earn money, I suggest the ads just put below their caption, or particularly on their page timeline. Another problem about fb is the link. Nowadays when I receive a fb link from my friends on other platform and I click on the link, it just leads me to fb home page, or the last page I was at when I last used fb, it doesn’t directly go to the link I click. I did find another way to click into the link, which is to copy the link and paste it on safari and go. It’s very troublesome and I believe it’s bug to be fixed soon. I like using fb but I believe the user experience can be improved tremendously just by fixing the bugs I mentioned above.

Please fix the problem in marketplace! I can't change the location even the map are not showing but my internet are all fine. Also when I select a right radius for specific place (my address to be exact), the products that showing are not from the place I selected. Whether it's far from my place or nearby but not exactly to the place I selected. Please fix it!!

About page problem: The admins invited me to become one of their admins also in their Page, but I didn't receive any notifications that they invited me. I open the page settings in my account and it shows that I have 8pendings invitations but when I click the invitations button, there's no pages showing. Literally nothing! Those 8 pending invitations are nowhere to be found!

I googled everything to fix those problem and did All of the suggestions but it was no help at all. Even some of my friends told me what to do but still nothing happened, the problem is still there. I don't know what to do anymore and it's making me so frustrated! Please fix it.
