Good service but interface is clustered and slow

Fave gives an excellent service and is one of the few e-wallets that doesn’t need to top up cash. Transactions can be directly deducted from your credit or debit card.

Fave also partners with a lot of other service providers like AirAsia and Boost, which is excellent.

One negative is that the interface is clustered, which makes loading slow. Needs improvement.

Unreliable system bad support

This happened many times, vouchers or cashback just disappeared. Few occasions problem were solved and agent put back the voucher or cashback but the often towards expiry and need to rush to use it. Several occasion they just removed the voucher suddenly, and only at redemption counter you found out vouchers not in apps and agent never able to help promptly but they will revert in 3-5 working days, and have no choice to pay cash at counter. You got back a polite apology email with all reasons proofing they are right later on. All expenses are all users.

Worse are recent cases, agents are rude, not respond to requests, but repeatedly posting the copy paste text to prolong the chat with no solution.

They also asked for many personal detail including full detail of credit card (full detail that anyone can use to purchase online), and these information openly shared by any chat agent. Note, not in secured platform or recorded by system with security, but any agent can access! I was shocked seeing one agent copy paste the detail information of credit card in chat windows, and also copy paste email that communicated to special task agent where they ask you also your personal relationships.

Thus I think better avoid this, you may save 30 bucks in deal but misuse of credit card can cost more, especially those not checking cc statement detail, but just pay full sum.

OTP NOT SENT TO MY NUMBER FOR LOGIN

Recently I uninstalled fave due to full memory in my phone. Then I reinstalled the app because I have purchased some voucher and I would like redeemed it. When I entered my mobile number to login , I’m not receiving OTP at all. I have waited for hours. I called Celcom to asked if there’s any issue from the network. They said everything was fine and told me to uninstall and then restart my mobile. I did everything and still the OTP IS NOT SENT to me!!! I’m very frustrated because I have purchased a lot of coupons/ voucher from fave. I have paid! Now I can’t redeem anything because I can’t access the APP. I don’t receive the OTP. From morning till night I waited. My phone IOS is updated. Other apps like grab or Facebook login, I can receive OTP but not on FAVE APP. THERE IS NO OTP !!! This is so annoying and frustrating!
