Iphone 13 pro max cannot scan vouchers

My customer paid via QR on 27jan 2024 ( Saturday) but until now i don't get my money! Call HQ they said will bank in every Wednesday, but i don’t get it, until now Thursday 1/2/2024 i still not receive my money..so difficult to deal with your system! Call hq n ask to email etc, such a horrible system
