Firefly Airlines 4+

Took me a really long time to get to the section to pay for my flight on the website and it keep asking me to get the insurance or skip the insurance.

I have my own insurance so I opted to skip the insurance and the page can’t load or took ages until I need to restart my booking from the beginning. Frustrated me went and downloaded the app and register myself on the frustrating website and I purchased my ticket and payed with grab pay (works with grab pay later too)

I will always choose Fireflyz over other airlines because it took me only 3 minutes or the most 4 from my home to reach Subang airport. When seeing a discount i will take the opportunity to fly on Fireflyz & drag my honeybunny & mum to join me. Thanks for being so near to us. Using the apps on my phone makes it easy breeze & hassle-free

This is my first time booking through firefly app. I thought it was weird since there’s no option for seat selection. But still continued with payment. Then I tried to choose seat through manage booking, still couldn’t find the option for seat selection. There’s only add on for travel insurance. This is important for me because I’m flying with my toddler and need to make sure that we are going to be seated together. Message firefly through fb messenger with the screenshot but got no reply. Really disappointed with firefly service. This will be my 1st and last time flying with firefly.
