Hi i just do a payment for buying items in your games..and the bills is already deducted from my bank acc..and until now i still not get my items :( can help me with this..?
Horrible Support and Gaming Experience
If you’re looking for a good time and relaxing game, do not go for this. Cyber bullying seems to be a thing for this game. The cloud crater maps seemed like it was developed to create ‘competition’ but it turns out to some hell of a toxic thing when players start making their own rules to prevent others from enjoying the content (killing whoever that enters). New players will definitely not survive any of their bullying. Some might say “join a new server” but soon they will realize the server will merge with older ones and the same cycle continues where they kept creating new servers over and over again to milk more money from hopeful players thinking it would be different this time.
If you’re planning to spend some money on entertainment, I highly suggest you look into other games out there that’s worth your time and money.
This is from a player who truly like the game but have grown to hate it over time because of bad experiences. I’ll update my review if they ever decide to make things better.
Edit: Also! Reported players abusing bugs and potentially third party software (zero cool down on skills) and yet I see no action taken. All they did in response was “please submit ticket to report...” yada yada yada. Feels like you’re talking to a robot. You would wonder what those GMs/CMs are actually doing.
Bad game waste of time. So many better games. Don’t even deserve a rating
Bad game filled with terribly rude phillipinos. Forget Looking for help as to no one replies or helps you out. Everyone speaks only in Tagalog. Players extremely rude phillipinos. Party quests and dungeons are forever empty. If you like to just play a lone lonely game. This is it. Else so many better games out there. You can almost forget cloud crater forever as to its ruled by only one clan and you can never enter. Everything else is just lonely and sad.
