Good experience

There's once i couldnt make transaction in store, called the customer service and they did solve it but I spent 5-10 mins more at store waiting which brings me bad experience. I will still using it is because of their promotion and reward because quite attractive if compare with other app.

Different types of rewards available

Like the fact that it has many different types of rewards from time to time

Invalid TNG ewallet reload pins

I purchased TNG e-wallet reload pins on June 15, 2024, but only received some of them that day. The app was down due to high traffic and system issues. Didn’t manage to retrieve the rest.

They only emailed me the remaining pins via email on July 4, but 3 of them were invalid. I contacted TNG, and they confirmed those pins had already been used. I reached out to FoneApp for help, but I still haven’t received a resolution.

There’s nothing you can do if you receive used pins from them. Frustrated and disappointed with the lack of support.
