Luna Fofo
Just bought a Luna Fofo. Connect easily. Only difference I find, that I didn’t get the detail info of my skin, compared to what the others had. Just very simple analysis.
My devices are no longer traceable on my app, I cannot use the devices
I used to have 3 devices captured on my apps and every time I just need to go to my app (ios) and initiate the devices and start performing the facial cleansing.
However the apps showing that I don’t have any registered device and it did not allow me to add device too.
I have emailed and log a case ticket to Foreo customer support, already more that 2 days yet no updates from them
This is really disappointing.
Stop in the middle of treatment
My foreo ufo2 stop in the middle of treatment.. device full charging. Pls fix the bug
