Driven by passion, we take our coffee seriously and we love that it is our job as a roaster that we share our favourites with you. 100% single origin coffee roasted in-house by professionals. No compromise.
Our story began in Udini Square Penang in 2015, with coffee, and whilst we now provide the services on every aspect of a coffee brewing, the perfect cup of coffee remains our primary focus. We like to experiment with the boundaries of what is possible - shortly after, we open our next coffee shop at Macalister Road, Penang. When opportunity knocks, we set out a mission to assist other coffee connoisseurs by helping them equip their coffee machinery and imparting them with the coffee brewing skills.
At Frank Laurent’s, everyone can find freshly roasted coffee bean and brewing equipment they need for the perfect cup of coffee they deserve. Homemade bagels, waffles, cold-pressed juices, gelatos and cakes served in all of our cafes are baked and sourced fresh each day in our very own humble bakery.
With this new app, we wish to share members exclusive cashback deals and rewards to our loyal customers! Every visit to Frank Laurent Coffee Roasters is now a more complete experience.

Rude and Bad Service (Pg Udini Sqr)
One of the male staff (bit big size), pretty rude and unfriendly, as I was requesting to help on serving me the cake first (it’s ready on the rack) while awaiting the rest 3 items (as my 4yrs old son was hungry), as understand needs to take time for preparation), after 5mins of the payment and ordered, he was not helping and told me, we are following the queue number.
I walked further, would like to talk to another staff, coincidently noticed my order, 4 items, is ready (included the cake), only pending last item of drink, that’s why still not calling.
A cafe which servicing the bad service, even the food, drink are nice, will not be last long!
No standard all branch
This is my third time go auto city branch take meal, but every time I go all staff is give me different statement for key in point. First time is follow standard, all purchase can claim by point. 2nd time say cannot because this branch is different, it cannot claim the points. Today I go again, staff tell me I have split the bill only can claim the point… how come same name, but the statement is different. Some more is same branch different staff pass different message…. Oh my god
