Owner game please help me!
I really do like ur games so much! I've been playing this game for a years , but after i change my phone to iphone6 ios , i try to play and i can't enter the lobby , its just stuck at the first page after download the files and its automatically return to home page . Ownerr game please help me T_T

Hello. We apologize for the inconvenience. We'd like to help you regarding this matter. In order for you to be able to fix this issue, we advise you to do the following; Exit the game and make sure that it is not running in the background by double tapping home button and swiping the game up. At the home screen, press and hold the power button until the 'turn off slider' appears, press and hold the home button until the 'turn off slider' disappears. Your cached is now cleared. If the suggested steps didn't worked, try to; Reinstall the game, but please make sure that your account is currently linked to a Facebook account and Google account, for you to be able to recover your data progress, once you've reinstalled it. Check if you have a stable internet connection. (If you are using WiFi, then switch to mobile network or vice versa). If the problem persist, you could contact us again at https://joycity.oqupie.com/portals/402 and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. Thank you.
It keeps crashing every second.
I honestly love this game but for awhile after installing the newest update, the game kept crashing right when I enter the board game. I’m so frustrated that I can only see if I lost or won the game in the end that played off with autoplay, I didn’t get to play at all. I re-enter the game nearly 7 times to resume to the game but it never prevailed. It kept crashing. Please fix these bugs that are probably causing this problem to happen. I play with my iPhone 6 and I usually clear up my cache data before playing so yeah there’s nothing there since it still crashes, I hope you will fix it somehow. Thank you.

Crashing?
Hi team,
Agree with the review, the game somehow not stable for me too. It will dc and I have to rc back to the game. And I having issue on I stuck when I click on daily mission, or the get button etc. Have to close the app and re enter.
Using iPhone 6 Plus here.
