Hello! I love Gencraft because it works perfectly, it’s not a scam, I don't get any glitches, bugs, and problems with it, and it inspired me to make books online. I really have been inspired by Gencraft to make books and I haven’t finished all of them yet. I use some of the Gencraft photos that I made(using Gencraft) and sorry if I offended you. And thank you so much for the inspiration!
SCAM APP
I am extremely frustrated with your service. Despite unsubscribing from your paid plan, I am still being charged. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there is no customer support available to resolve this issue. This is a poor reflection on your company, and it needs to be fixed immediately. I expect you to rectify this situation and improve your customer service.
