Not user friendly in mobile apps especially for iPhone
There is no way you can go back to the landing page unless you kill the apps and relaunch it when you click on My Booking.
Worst still in My Booking and click the top right corner for more option, whatever you select and then there is no back button and you are stuck there like forever? Come on please updates and make sure it is compatible for all phone users...
The old was was working fine, logging in was easy but the new app is full of problems. Need to key in new email etc and it won’t work until you go to the website to update your email etc. After all that trouble should accidentally reset your PIN number you cannot change it back to your personal one as that feature is unavailable.
App getting worst
Why need to update the app to version? Most of them will answer because need to fix the bug, add new features or improve user experience.
But I can't found all or it on this. We can login with Genting ID but it keep asking us to login with email address.......
Cannot select date when booking. Display content not fix on screen. Poor app. One star definitely.
