Very well service
Trusted and well service. Convenient to use and very fast reply from the customer service. I had once ordered this one particular food and end up arrived wrongly and i complained to the customer service and they immediately respond and refund in full amount ! Thank you very much !
Scammed and the problem has yet been solved
I can say that this app is extremely satisfying yet, I was scammed and it was from their own drivers, resulting into my Gopay credits empty and my paylater bill skyrocketed. Reported the problem to Gojek and yet the customer service didn’t respond well even though what they promise was that I could get back my account and gopay credits inside and that my paylater (something like a billing where you pay for your transaction at the end of the month) bills that WEREN’T mine to be cleared. Yet to this day (and it happened around 2 days ago) it was not finished and their solution was only that they would reset my account, done, not more than that.
very good app and a few suggestions
The search function needs some improvement. For example T1/T2/T3/T4 should also display results related to changi airport terminals for easier search. When booking, suggest the button to change to “swipe to book” to avoid accidental booking. Often times I tried to swipe up to close app but it cause the button to book a ride without knowing.
