Cannot login through the email

I bought the ticket through the website but I cannot sign in it keeps saying that email is not register! if I register with the email that I use to buy the ticket will it have the record?

Guys it’s a scam! Do not download!

I purchased ticket through this app, I was told that my purchase was successful and I was chargedRm200++ However, I did not receive booking confirmation that was promised to be sent nor any information after my purchase. I tried to send emails multiple times to request for help. However, I never successfully sent my email to the email address as I was told that the receiver rejected to receive my message. Through that we can conclude that I was being scammed, pls do not download nor purchase anything on this app! Can be dangerous!

Ticket History Link Broken

The ticket history page is broken. The link doesn’t load to the page rather redirects to the homepage. The My Events page doesn’t load at all.
This is very annoying because I can’t view my purchase history of my events to locate my tickets. Such bad app development! Very disappointed
