Cant check order history in the app, u need to check your email once you have placed your order. Sometimes u dont even get the email, luckily got grab pay history.

Once order if u refresh the apps, the history cannot trace back to show the counter your order number or record which you already paid. If the kiosk is super busy, the crew might not able to track/locate your order... or if they missed up and forget abou your order... it will be misery.

Only able to launch the apps for registration. Few weeks later, Cannot even launch the apps - what is the use of paying membership when this apps is not functioning! Please refund if it cannot be used!

Just install the apps but then cannot use it immediately. Tap the Card to get it to be scanned but not responding. Been inform by the staff at the outlet the app or the barcode will only fully working on the next day....what the****.We lost the point for today transaction.
