Poor apps
Always having issue checking out, and when I use web browser to check out , free shipping doesn’t apply. Report this to helpdesk, but no response for almost a month. Please improve
Can’t login my account into a different phone
Ugh, this login thing annoys me. I tried to login my H&M account into my other phone but they kept on saying “ Wrong email or password, please try again.“ 🫥
Well, I tried to change my password so many time and they didn’t even send me any email ( well nothing’s wrong with my email because they be sending me so many promotes in there 😑 instead of sending me a way to change my password 🙄)
I’d even changed my password in my other phone ( same account ) anddd tried login it again ( for the other phone ) and still the same. Well, they’d notified my email that I changed the password 😐
Poor performance!!
I could not submit the order due to an error. It keeps happening again and again. Contacted h&m helpdesk and they informed that the app has some issue with iOS devices and advised me to use web browser or try with different devices which is not iOS of course. So what is the purpose of the app then lolx and can they imagine how many IOS user effects by this error. This is definitely an production issue but they take ages to fix it. It has been over a month now still haven’t fixed. I have no idea who behinds this app but they should be fired.
