A great game
I really have so much fun playing this games cause it fits my expectations so well
Yeah the level gets tougher and that I have to just upgrade doctors and revenue, but i have a hard time getting coins cause the amount of money from each level succeeded is not that much comparing to the things that I have to upgrade
But overall, I am really enjoying this game ❤️
Fun game but difficulty level make it impossible
It is really a fun game. I had been playing for the longest time. I am at Washington Level 44 now. However It is now impossible to complete even though I had up the doctor’s level for several steps ahead, up the revenues for all possible items. We are forced to use the boosters and this makes me wonder what is the fun of it if every level requires booster. It really doesn’t test the time management skills anymore. Also took the fun away.
I am giving it 3 more days to pass this level 44 else will stop playing completely and move on to other games, as I had spent much to buy the coins previously. Not willing to spend more on mission impossible.
Initially it was possible to pass the level I just have to spend coins to increase the efficiency and plan better and this is what makes a game addictive. Now it is just now the case.
I am not sure if the game’s developers are reading this, but you guys are really pushing players away.

Requires too much focus
I usually enjoy these sorts of games but I thought the difficulty scaling up was a bit too fast. Going to the next location I found myself requiring to use boosts almost every level past a certain stage. While I understand the developers probably gear it towards having people pay for stuff, I thought this was a bit too full on, and I consider myself a fairly experienced gamer. Easy to get disheartened a bit too early.

Hi! Here are some tips: * Level-up your doctors and upgrade your equipment; * Invest in Revenue upgrades which will help you earn more Coins in a level, and Patience upgrades which make patients wait longer and prolong the level; * Use Boosters; And most importantly, don't give up!
