Great content but… (pls help!) can’t airplay too

Latest app update: when I try to AirPlay from my phone to the LG TV there is no sound at all. Pls resolve this 🙏 thank you

Hi, shows and movies here at HBO are nice to watch above the average on the market out there. But, I can’t help but notice and be irritated with the streaming service quality. The thing is I’m using a fast and stable broadband connection that’s 300Mbps - but after I stream a show / movie for a while it automatically becomes blur - only on the HBO app. When I test the connection speed to the servers using the speed test on the LG TV app, it shows a very fast connection. But then when I try to watch it becomes blur after a while - however when I first open the show it is clear, it’s just that after some time the picture quality degrades tremendously to low pixels then it stays there and never improves. So I have to quit the show I’m watching to the main menu and then reenter to watch the same show again. I thought it would be temporary but this has happened many times and it gets frustrating after a while. It has happened too often and something is wrong. I don’t encounter the same issue with my other streaming services before.

Very promising but needs refinement

1. My playback constantly stops when watching on Apple TV. It started after the last tv update. Please update the app as its unusable at the moment. Also experiencing issues on my ipad.

2. Why is there no app on smart tvs? Both Netflix and Prime can be accessed on my smart tv. There isn’t even an option to download HBO GO on my PS4. Once again, other providers offer that.

3. Content is among the best available at the moment. I’ve enjoyed the app up until my recent woes. Please rectify these issues and continue to refine the app and its content. It’s an excellent service to have with some of the best content out there. It just needs to operate smoother and be more accessible on multiple platforms.

Cant link with astro and no apple tv app for malaysian store

Previously i could link to astro with hbo go my app. Since got the email notifying about new app asking to delete old app, So i downloaded the new app and now cant link to astro anymore. Is this a joke? now this app is useless. how long it will take you guys to fix this? I see people are already complaining about the same issuse for a while now. and why there is no apple tv app for malaysian store? Does not make sense at all.
