Good for listening and speaking
An idea for improvement for the review with native speakers and the listening part.
Add pictures of the object or action that relates to each sentence being said. This can be done through out the whole course not just the listening and speaking parts. I think this is really important and helpful for language learners to easily associate certain words with certain action or object.
The above idea is a higher priority and shouldn’t be too difficult to implement.
A minor improvement is the levels and exp system, do something cool with that. Like what’s the point of me leveling up other than just a written higher level. Make it so that people want to study more and want to level up. You can make it even more gamified and make people addicted to learning more.

Whats wrong with the new look of the app?
The app was perfectly good. Until after they made some modifications to it.
The 3 options: show pinyin, show chinese characters, and show both of them. The last function has been opted out which really hinders my learning process. It only shows pinyin even if you choose to show both ~~ im using this app for almost 9 months and this is such a drag.:((
Edited: specifically the exercise practice with native speaker- fill in the blank question type. The answers are always shown in pinyin even if u choose to show both pinyin and characters

Hi Hello Chinese!
I think this is the best app to learn mandarin. The content of the game also very simple and basic, so everyone can easily learn it. I like the most is when learning how to write the character with the right strokes because it based on picture. However i will like to ask a question is there's any apps from your company that can be use by mandarin teacher? For example today i teach my student about number so i would like to give my student play number's game but in this apps we cannot choose which chapter we want to do. We have to finish previous chapter then we can proceed to another level. You have the game we need but we cannot choose what game we want to play so do you have any apps that give teachers or users to control the game?
