Great platform for online live performance.
Purchased BI 1st Fan Meeting ticket through Hellolive. Watched the live performance via Hellolive smoothly without any problem and there were English subtitles available. It was great experience as well when fans were able to leave messages directly to artist as soon as we purchased the ticket. More options from live performance, 1.1, to goods make it easier for fans to purchase ticket based on their own budget. Received notifications as well when the goods are available for download. Perfect live content
The app is easy to use. And the quality of live concert/fanmeet is very clear, no lagging and also provided subtitles! The videocall went smoothly without any technical problem too! Definitely would like to see more artists to use this platform in the future:)
