Keep up the Good Job HERMO!
Interface & layout pretty impressive and user-friendly. Got so many offer and much cheaper price and got variety of skincare brand. Safe, neat and well packaging with bubble wrap and box/ parcel. However, need improvement in-term of the delivery time/process during ‘peak season’. Plus sometimes this apps hang/bugs problem and restart suddenly. Also it keep shows the ‘page error/page not found’.
Pls fix immediately so that users can shopping more and gives 5 star. Thanks!
Good selection of brands but app still need more improvement
It’s hard to find your existing orders, maybe profile/account should be at the main tab at the bottom but it’s just my opinion as I’ve shopped a lot online on other app. I think the review on the main tab is quite unnecessary, considering people will search for the products individually as they know what they’re looking for just maybe picking on which brand to buy and perhaps will read the review placed at individual product. Good idea to have beauty care marketplace to compete with Sephora. Also, I’ve purchased an item for the first time on hermo and there was some error on my payment and although it was deducted from my e-wallet, the payment wasn’t captured on hermo’s system. I was told to check with the e-wallet company instead. I thought hermo should check with them since the 3rd party payment provider is linked to their website and they picked the payment provider to capture transactions so any error on transactions should be investigated between hermo and their payment provider rather than asking the buyer to check themselves. I was also told to provide my proof of payment to hermo and it only make sense for them to check with the payment provider with my supporting screenshot. Quite turned off by the customer service but there’s always room for improvement.
Dislike the latest version of the app!
As a long time Hermo app user, I regretted to update to the latest version of the app. Under the “To Review” bar, it shows I have nothing to be reviewed even though I had just recently made purchases. Thought I have found another alternative way to put in my reviews; “My Credits” -> “Check it out” -> “Product Review”, but all the items which were listed had all been reviewed, but those newly purchased items which should be reviewed cannot be found in the list. I understand that the credits system will be terminated in Oct, but I do appreciate if all the credits’ earning functions remain available until Oct. So that all members still can continue to earn credits to redeem the vouchers before the due date.
