The Hik-connect app is designed to work with Hikvision series DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras which support Cloud P2P function. It allows you to live view your cameras remotely. All you need to do is creating an account and adding device into the account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale. It also allows you to play back recorded video to search every milestone of your life. When motion detection alarm of your device triggered, you can get an instant message notification from Hik-connect app.

1. Personal mode supports the Auxiliary Care Radar (DS-TDSB00-EKH).
2. Personal mode supports network speakers, supports uploading local audio from your phone to the network speaker, and supports configuring scheduled broadcast tasks.

4. Personal mode supports retrieving your encryption password/verification via email.

Very bad PLAYBACK bugs after updated to latest version
Very bad PLAYBACK bugs after updated to latest version, the playback keeps: 1) loading. 2) lagging. 3) network unstable. 4) connectivity issue. 5) jump/skip important event when got something special occured, playback unable load smoothly, thus, unable capture whole important event for record purpose. 6) i have upgraded my wifi and data to most expensive package with highest speed but the apps still prompt network unstable, connectivity issue. 7) load till my whole phone hang in the apps till unable switch off my phone and battery die. 8) Device suddenly offline for a period without any reason which makes unable capture whole special incident. Appreciate if you can fix all above bugs.
Will be even better with dark mode
The design revamp gives the all a refreshed look. However I find certain operation took a few more steps to achieve. In landscape mode I used to be able to tap the number of cameras on screen, now I have to tap to bring up the menu, tap the multi-camera icon, choose the number of cameras, that’s one to two extra steps there. Not too bad though. Another item on the wish list would be “Dark Mode”.
