Feel Being cheated

I subscribed the whole year package to join as VIP member but not even 1 full year the VIP member cannot access alrdy. Tried many times to complain thru in app but Not successful!!! Always say it is server excerption!!! So by no choice left I think I need to highlight in app review!!! So that the next person won’t get cheated by the app developer!!
