Top notch solid app
When you need a free but convenient and helpful VPN whether it’s for protection or you want to browse your favourite websites hotspot shield is the number 1 go to. Yes there is a premium option that I have tried, but the free version with adverts is something that’s totally worth the one minute ad time and then being able to enjoy that sweet sweet VPN time. This app has never ever failed on me, and if you are in search of a VPN you should totally give this app a try, with its speedy connection time and reliability. I love this app.
In all conclusion if you need a VPN you must get this app!!!!!
Smooth connection
My WiFi was still able to connect pretty smoothly even when vpn is activated with this app. Compared to other free vpn, it’s performs really well.
Automatically boot itself up and drains battery
My phone was warm and I didn’t notice anything unusual, until I go to battery setting and see that it’s been running in the background for 4h 30m and wasted 44% of my battery while used 2.5GB of data.
Haven’t been using it since last week and it now starts automatically. I don’t know what sort of data you’ve been pulling while I’m not using my phone.
