Scanner Document Feeder has a line after scanning!!
We got this HP OfficeJet Pro 7740, after a few scanning usages. In less than a month, suddenly not sure what happened, that now all scanning documents that go through the document feeder produces a double line on each of our scanned documents!! Didnt' find the virtual support helpful.
HP DeskJet 2336 not detectable in HP Smart for MacBook!
Ive tried multiple ways to get the HP DJ 2336 printer driver installed in my macbook. But this HP Smart just isnt able to detect the printer at all! Ive just bought this printer and now I probably have to dump it in the store. waster my money. Could you advise when would you be able to update the fixes or the driver just so I can use my new HP printer with my macbook?
Keeps going to flatbed even when assign feeder
Each time when the first startup in the software, where I selected feeder, it will still scan from the flatbed. Had to exit and re-enter the software again to scan from feeder.
