Picture quality
Picture quality not that great. Quite disappointed really

Hi MrThomSmokie! We are sorry that you have been experiencing poor print quality (PQ) with your sprocket. There are some things you can do to improve the PQ:
1. Disable Reveal in app settings if you are not using the Augmented Reality feature. To do so, go into the sprocket menu, (3 bars in upper left-hand corner of the app), tap on "sprocket", tap on "App Settings" and then tap on the button next to "Reveal" if it is enabled. You can always go back and re-enable it later.
2. Always use the colored Print Quality Card that comes with each paper pack. It will pass through the HP Sprocket Photo Printer automatically before the first print job. It cleans and calibrates the printer for that specific paper pack. Discard the Print Quality Card after you have printed all ten sheets in that pack. Sometimes running the sheet through the printer 3-4 times can help.
3. Please be sure to always use the latest app version and update the printer firmware when available.
4. When you open a photo in the app preview mode, tap on "Edit" and then tap the Wand to apply the Photofix feature. You can also apply filters, adjust brightness/contrast/saturation in Edit mode. Since it is impossible to put an entire photo lab into a device the size of a sprocket, please understand that there will be some print differences. We hope the above tips improve your prints!
“Trouble with set up”
After updating, I could not connect with my sprocket anymore. I tried and the sprocket was already connected with my phone but it would not appear as connected on the app. After pressing “forget device” on my bluetooth settings it showed my sprocket name however it still would not connect as it says “Trouble with set up” I tried many times and it’s still the same. Please fix this.
Improve your app
I’ve connected to the device and when it requires me to select on HP Sprocket for the accessory, the HP Sprocket doesn’t appear, I’ve tried ot a few times. So i restart my phone and the printer, forget the device and when it wants to connect to the device, the app couldn’t find the device but in settings, I’ve already connected, now what do I do? I just bought this printer
