Cannot Detect Freebuds 3
Honestly really bad experience with Huawei, if you bought Huawei brand 1years ago, the product service usually will not support for next year, that’s why I resigned from Huawei , never think for those old user , typical China Man company, BTW I no longer use Huawei products anymore only left this Freebuds 3, now Freebuds 3 cannot use, really hate about this China Man company, now all technology I change Apple better, becoz Apple care their customers but Huawei not
Huawei Ai Life App
I just bought a new Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2. Honestly I am very happy with the product, the build in quality to sound quality but the only problem I am facing that I couldn’t connect this Freebuds Pro 2 to Huawei Ai Life. Once it start pairing it fails after 13% of completion everytime. I tried every way possible but unable to connect. Huawei should improve their app experience for their customers.

HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 not found in Ai life app
The sound is great , but what’s frustrating is the Ai app on iPhone do not detect FreeBuds 3. To put me in rage , I can’t control the noise cancellation using the app . The ANC is not fixed. Sometimes I hear ambients noise and sometimes I’m in noise canceling mode. Since I’ve chosen noise canceling mode, why am I still experiencing ambient noise on and off ?
