MPAJ don’t care about anyone. There happy to put out a substandard app. I tried to log in and it ask for my phone no to send TAC and tells me that my no is not the same for my IC. It’s registered on the web browser in IComm. I can log in from a computer. The icomm portal is so bad. They don’t even show you your bills. Just how much you pay. So I have paid 3 cukai tax from June 2021 to October 2021 and have no idea why and for what periods MPAJ force you to pay blindly. Why?

I had been making payment through icomm (the past 2 bills) on laptop’s browser. When I downloaded the app, it shows zero transactions nor receipt for payment made. However, icomm on browser shows the complete information. The app’s data and profile are not synchronise with the browser.

Already registered but when tried to log in it says never registered. When try to re-register the apps showing already registered. When try to reset password with an email, the system apps showed never registered. What the heckkk ‼️
