Slow apps
Great apps for business owner but somehow the apps is too slow especially during afternoon when we’re busy with orders and postage, and then the connection failed which we have to log in again. Need to do something about it because the apps crash everytime many users use the apps in one time!
Stuck at "Sila Tunggu"
When i click to the product, then pop up notified "sila tunggu". But it take too long than before. At last, it is stuck instandly. Hope can solve this problem asap.
Bulk update
Dont have bulk upload/ bulk edit features. It took me 6hrs to upload product. Other is ok. Easier for me to monitor sales.
Can improve at
1- bulk upload / edit
2- wide the analysis - such as analysis for hot selling product/ top selling.
3- Not desktop friendly. All have to do by phone. So maybe can improve on that.
Otherwise everything is ok. Hope can improve for a better service.
