Ridiculous payment system
Encountered couple times by now. I believe there’s some kind of bug which when I did my payment via Apple App Store, sometime it DOES NOT linked well to Bein which resulted that I COULD NOT watch the matches or races. And I have to pay twice for the same month subscription on BEIN itself to watch it. I asked Apple to refund but they said I am not eligible. So just paid on BEIN website itself NOT via App Store.
What a disappointment!
It does not works! The only thing it does is use up the memory of my iPad because I don’t remember the last time it actually works. I wanted to watch LFC TV Live match just now and it tool forever to play. I disabled my VPN and the result is still the same. I do not know what good this App does actually. What a waste.
CAN’T WATCH ANY LIVE EVENT
I subscribed to only watch F1 but I was unable to watch 3 races consecutively as it only kept buffering. Tried to watch other live events but still the same. This is not acceptable as I’m a paid customers! Tried to complaint on official social media but was left hanging without any reply. Please fix this ASAP!
