Or if you choose a monthly subscription, your billing will start immediately and auto-renew each month. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least one day before the renewal date within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. If you subscribe before a free trial ends, the remainder of the trial period will be forfeited. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings in the App Store.

Bad Decision on Unfold+

This is probably just me. I have been a loyal user of this app for quite sometimes now. Bought most of the templates and fonts. But very disappointed with the latest update (Unfold+) where users *MUST* subscribe monthly or yearly to use some features. I rather to have myself in control on whether I want to buy or not. Hoping (slim chance) that you could revert back or make it an option for users like me to have an option for an upgrade/purchase when or what we want. I definitely won't fall for the subscription. I have bought enough templates already and will keep using what I have... unless your company folded.

Can you please make it an option to buy what you want, like fonts, template instead of I have to subscribe and pay monthly which is a bit too much from where I live b

Hey! I'm Andy, co-founder of Unfold. I’m sorry to hear you’re not a fan of Unfold+. Just to clarify, we’re not moving to a subscription-only platform. You will still be able to use any collections you've already purchased and you don’t need to become a member to access new collections. When new collections are released, they’ll be available for members only at first then they’ll be released to everyone for one-time purchase if you prefer. Hope this helps clear up any confusion. Saving video/story

Hi. I’ve just installed the app. This app is so amazing until I have an issue to save the video. I purchased several templates like FF1 and trying to upload my cooking videos using 4 colleges but it couldn’t be saved. I tried to upload it directly to instagram it still crushed and logged out from the app. Other option, I edit my video and make it short but still the same issue persists. Please help me to rectify the problem as soon as possible. I’d love this app so much but it keep disappointed me :(

Saving story/page issue

I’ve just installed the app today and I must say that this is exactly what I need in order to satisfy my creativity. It’s fun to experiment with. However there’s an issue when I tried to post the page/story on my Instagram or save it on my phone. The video that I included did not come out as the original vid inserted. The dimension was off and I thought it was just a glitch until I saved it so many times I've lost counts :( . This app is really great and I really want to maximize all the features in it as much as possible. I hope the issue can be solved soon. Or am I the only persom experiencing this? I’m not sure but I’m going to keep trying 😂
